This privacy policy describes how the One Productivity: Task Timer application (package com.oneprod.app) handles information when you use our Kanban task manager and focus timer.

1. Information We Collect

One Productivity: Task Timer is designed to respect your privacy. The app requires no account, no sign-up, and no email address. All of your task data is created and stored locally on your device — the app only connects to the network to display advertisements, as described below.

1.1 Locally Stored Data

The following content is created by you and stored solely on your device, in a private app database:

• Boards, customizable columns, and cards
• Card details: title, free-text description, due date and optional time, priority, color labels, completion status, and recurrence (daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly, or every N days)
• Checklist items attached to cards
• Photos attached to cards, copied into the app's private storage (not added to your gallery and not accessible to other apps)
• A small technical preference: the last column used for quick-add

This data never leaves your device, unless you personally choose to export a backup file using the app's manual export feature, to a location you select yourself.

1.2 Advertising Data

The application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain information to deliver and optimize ads, including:

• Device advertising identifier
• IP address
• General device information (model, OS version)
• Approximate location data
• Interactions with displayed advertisements

Apart from advertising, the app does not use any separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Your task data itself is never sent to AdMob or to any server.

2. Use of Information

2.1 App Functionality

Locally stored data is used solely to:

• Organize your tasks across Kanban boards and columns
• Show overdue, due-today, and upcoming (next 7 days) cards in the "Today" view
• Send local reminder notifications at the date and time you choose
• Run focus timer (Pomodoro) sessions with work and break intervals
• Provide full-text search across card titles and descriptions
• Support quick-add of cards via shared text or long-press shortcuts

2.2 Advertising

Information collected by AdMob is used to:

• Display relevant advertisements
• Measure ad performance
• Fund the development and maintenance of the application

3. App Permissions

The app requests the following Android permissions, each used only for its stated purpose:

• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) – to display due-date reminders
• Camera (CAMERA) – to take a photo to attach to a card, only when you tap "Take photo"; images picked from your gallery go through the system picker, without app access to your storage
• Vibration (VIBRATE) – to signal the end of a timer session
• Receive boot completed (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED) – to reschedule reminders after your phone restarts

The app does not request access to your contacts, microphone, or precise location.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.

Your task data (boards, cards, checklists, photos) is never transmitted anywhere — the only way it leaves the app is a manual backup file (JSON) that you export and store yourself. The only data that may be shared is with Google AdMob, solely for the purpose of displaying advertisements.

5. Android System Backup

Android's Auto Backup feature is enabled for this app. Depending on your phone's settings, Android may copy the app's data to your own Google Drive backup space. This backup is managed entirely by Google and by you, the device owner — the developer has no access to it.

6. Data Security

• All content is stored locally on the device, in a private app database
• No account creation or login is required
• No task data is sent to any external server
• Attached photos are kept in private app storage, inaccessible to other apps
• Exchanges with the advertising service are secured

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Personalized Advertising

You can opt out of personalized ads:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads

7.2 Data Deletion

• Delete boards, cards, or checklist items at any time from within the app
• Delete any manual backup file you have exported
• Disable Android's Auto Backup for this app from your phone's system settings
• Uninstall the application to erase all locally stored data

8. Third-Party Services

This application uses the following third-party service:

Beyond AdMob, the app does not integrate any other analytics or crash-reporting service. It otherwise relies only on official Android libraries (Jetpack Compose, Room, AndroidX) that operate locally on your device.

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date.

10. Children

One Productivity: Task Timer is a general-purpose productivity application intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. No personal data from children is intentionally collected.
